How do I request access?
To request access, please visit the 'Request Access' page. Our administrators will review your request and approve you as a community member within 48 hours.
What courts are available?
We have four courts: Men’s Court 1, Men’s Court 2, Women’s Court 1, and Women’s Court 2. Each court is managed separately for fair scheduling.
How do I reserve a court?
Log in to your account, select the court and date, choose a time slot, review the rules, and complete the payment to secure your booking.
Are there payment fees?
Yes, there is a small administrative fee for each booking. This fee helps maintain the facility and covers the cost of the reservation system.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking through your account. Please note that cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable.
How do I manage my bookings?
You can view, modify, and cancel your bookings directly from your account dashboard. All your history is securely stored and accessible at any time.
